“I have created a series of tables... When you make your own work, it’s a completely different process than “designing” the work. Something else happens: you recognize serendipitous opportunities; I thought that glass that I had developed was much more interesting on the horizontal plane than it was on the window plane, when seeing through it. And so, I thought the table would be a wonderful vehicle for that ... I enjoy it, and as I make new glasses, I’m always exploring them as related to the tables.”
The tables are a limited edition project, functional as coffee tables.
