In addition to the Pattis’ art practice, Tom Patti Design has extensive experience consulting and collaborating with artists, architects, designers, engineers and scientists. Working in concert with their clients, the studio creates laminated, semi-transparent glass and reflective materials to bring a security component to the artglass.

A Tale of a City for the new MCC Theater location was Commissioned by the City of New York Department of Cultural Affairs
Percent for Art Program and Department of Design and Construction. Francesco and Tom Patti collaborated to create Simeti’s artwork in laminated glass that could easily be installed in a storefront system. The interior lighting and exterior daylight, illuminates the artwork for the theatergoer and the public on the street level.
